Kleer Edelstahltechnik manufactures custom stainless steel frames and benchtop modules for laminar-flow applications. On request, they can be designed to accommodate suitable fan filter units, or FFUs.

The structure is adapted to the existing work surface, available installation space and planned work procedures. A benchtop module can extend an existing workstation, while a custom frame provides the basis for a project-specific solution.
Interfaces with the intended filtration equipment
The dimensions and connection requirements of the proposed FFU are essential to the design. Let us know which equipment will be used and what requirements your planner has specified for the module. Its geometry and mounting points can then be adapted accordingly.
Define the scope of supply clearly
Specify whether you need a frame, a benchtop module or additional equipment. Components, installation and required testing are allocated within the project. The achievable air cleanliness cannot be determined from the stainless steel structure alone.

A benchtop module can be designed for this purpose. The table dimensions, load capacity, fixings and planned arrangement of components are decisive.
How is the scope of supply defined?
Tell us which components you require and which interfaces already exist. The quotation specifies which parts are included in the scope of supply.
