Materials and finishes for stainless steel furniture

Stainless steel materials and finishes are selected in relation to the application. KLEER discusses the requested configuration alongside use, surrounding conditions and cleaning requirements.

Describe the operating environment

A dry storage area raises different questions from a workstation exposed to liquids or regular disinfection. Describe the substances used and any existing operational requirements. This supports focused discussion of the material and surface.

State specific characteristics

If a particular material grade, surface treatment or roughness is specified, include it explicitly. The same applies to visible surfaces, contact areas and connections to other components. A general product photograph is not a binding material certificate.

Agree documentation in advance

Include required material documents and special evidence in the enquiry. The characteristics that can be confirmed are assessed for the individual configuration. No single grade or technical value is promised for the entire product range.

Prepare your project

You do not need a finished design for the first discussion. Describe the task and add known dimensions, quantity and installation location. A sketch or floor plan helps explain the situation. Identify which requirements are fixed and which details remain open.

If the project has special requirements for material, finish, loading or documentation, state them explicitly. These details make the next discussion more focused. Technical configuration, scope of supply and possible timing will then be coordinated directly.
